From Danville, VA take SR58 north towards Martinsville, turn right onto SR57 towards Chatham, turn left on Dyres Store Road, turn right on Ravenscroft Road, turn right on Lewis Road. Starting from SR57, there are signs to follow that read CATFISH POND ATV.

Admission is $11.00 the first time there ($1 of that is for your annual mambership). After that it's $10 each time you go back. There are ~20 miles of trails to ride with more being cut. There are ~600 acres open right now to cut trails with another 400 acres that are going to be opened later this year.

This is a nice area to ride with lots of hilly terrain and plenty of mud.

hey guys. I've been to Catfish Pond twice in the last month. It's a fun place. I ride a dirt bike, so some places are difficult without any traction, however i bet ridding a four wheeler out there is f'n awesome. There are a bunch of mudholes so ya'll enjoy.

Yeah definitely a ute kind of place. There are some sports there to, as well as dirt bikes. However ute's are king out there.
